House Rules

To help everyone enjoy a comfortable and respectful stay, please review the house rules below.

calendar_check General Rules

  • This is an adults-only stay. Children are not allowed.

  • No smoking inside the property, including e-cigarettes and vapes.

  • No parties or loud gatherings are allowed.

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

  • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in your reservation.

  • Pets are only allowed in approved pet-friendly units with prior authorization.

  • No illegal substances or illegal activities of any kind are allowed.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Do not share access codes or keys with unregistered guests.

  • Please use appliances, air conditioning, and utilities responsibly.

  • Turn off lights and A/C when not needed.

  • Any damage, maintenance issue, or accident must be reported as soon as possible.

  • Guests are expected to treat the property, furniture, and shared areas with care and respect.

  • Do not leave trash or personal belongings in shared areas.

  • Property items such as bed linens, towels, pillows, kitchenware, glassware, chairs, or decorative items must remain inside the property.

  • Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, loss of deposit, or cancellation of the stay.

pool Pool & Rooftop Rules

  • Hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Friday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

  • Only 1 external guest per unit is allowed.

  • Please use all common areas respectfully and help keep them clean.

  • Speakers must be kept at a moderate volume.

  • No smoking or vaping in common areas.

  • No rough play or dangerous behavior.

  • No drug use or alcohol abuse in common areas.

  • No fireworks are allowed.

  • Do not move furniture.

  • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

  • For the pool, proper swimwear is required.

  • Please shower before entering the pool.

  • No glass containers or food are allowed near the pool.

  • Only biodegradable sunscreen is allowed.

  • Grill use on the rooftop requires prior reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Please clean the grill and utensils after use.

  • Close the gas valve after cooking.

  • Take out all trash, including bathroom waste, and place it in the designated exterior bins.

  • Turn off lights and A/C.

  • Lock all doors and close all windows.

  • Report any damage or issue before departure.
